
Joseph Oliver Bowers is a distinguished Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CMILT) and a recognized professional in the maritime and upstream oil & gas sectors. Currently serving as the National Vice President (Maritime) for CILT Ghana, Joseph is at the forefront of advancing the Institute’s mission to set the standard for logistics and transport excellence.
He is a passionate advocate for the next generation of maritime professionals, working to influence national policy and professional development across the industry.
In his professional capacity as Shore Representative for the Ghana office of TGS, Joseph applies the core tenets of CILT’s professional framework to manage complex offshore logistics.
His expertise spans the full maritime lifecycle, from vessel husbandry and port agency to regulatory compliance and strategic stakeholder engagement.
